Internal Audit Division
| The Internal Audit Division (IAD) reviews the adequacy and effectiveness of NEA’s internal controls in safeguarding assets, ensuring accurate and reliable accounting records, compliance with policies, as well as the prudent and efficient use of resources. |
Legal Division
| The Legal Division (LD) provides NEA with legal advice and services in support of NEA’s role as the regulator for the environment and public health and in all other aspects of its statutory mandate, and enforces NEA’s laws fairly and impartially in our criminal justice system. |
