Eligibility Criteria
Companies applying for the Energy Efficiency Fund scheme are eligible if they meet these conditions:
- Company is a Singapore-registered owner or operator of an existing/proposed industrial facility
- Company have not commenced the project (i.e. company have not signed contract(s) with consultants and/or suppliers
- Company is a partner of the Energy Efficiency National Partnership Programme. Companies who are not a partner can register here.
Energy Efficient Technologies
Energy Efficient Technologies grant support companies to adopt in energy efficient equipment or technologies. The grant supports manufacturing companies to upgrade their equipment ahead of the carbon tax increase.
As announced in Budget 2024, the Energy Efficiency Fund will be subsumed into the Energy Efficiency Grant (EEG) from 1 April 2024. More details on the grant parameters will be available on 1 April 2024. From 1 April 2024, NEA will no longer accept new E2F Energy Efficient Technologies applications.

Energy Management Information System (EMIS)
Energy Management Information System grant support companies to install EMIS to monitor and manage energy consumption in a structured manner. From 1 April 2024, NEA will no longer accept new applications.

Energy Assessment
Energy Assessment grant support companies to conduct detailed energy audit to identify potential areas for energy efficiency improvements. From 1 April 2024, NEA will no longer accept new applications.

Resource Efficient Design
Resource Efficient Design grant support companies to conduct design workshops to improve resource efficiency (e.g. energy, water) for new industrial facilities or industrial facilities with major expansion. From 1 April 2024, NEA will no longer accept new applications.
